All Mikaro jewelry pieces are handmade to order with great care. Because of this, we do not offer refunds.
We are, however, happy to replace any item that arrives faulty or damaged, or adjust/replace it if the size doesn’t fit as expected.

All orders are shipped safely via Box Now courier service. In cases where Box Now delivery is not available for your area, we will send your package through ELTA (Hellenic Post).
