Refund & Exchange Policy

All Mikaro jewelry pieces are handmade to order with great care. Because of this, we do not offer refunds.

We are, however, happy to replace any item that arrives faulty or damaged, or adjust/replace it if the size doesn’t fit as expected.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at mikarojewelry@yahoo.com, including your order number and a photo if applicable.

All orders are shipped safely via Box Now courier service. In cases where Box Now delivery is not available for your area, we will send your package through ELTA (Hellenic Post).

Shipping cost is €3, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
